aimarketingagency.in provides AI marketing services including chatbots, voice agents, marketing and CRM automation, content creation, SEO, and paid advertising management. Specific deliverables are defined in each client engagement agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely access to required brand assets and accounts, and prompt feedback. Delays may affect delivery timelines, including our 48-hour deployment guarantee.
4. Payment Terms
Fees, invoicing schedules, and due dates are specified in your engagement agreement. Late payments may result in paused services. Refunds are governed by our 30-day performance guarantee where applicable.
5. Intellectual Property
Clients own all deliverables created for them — chatbot flows, automations, content, and ad accounts. We retain ownership of our underlying methodology, frameworks, and reusable tooling.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. We handle all client data under strict confidentiality and can sign NDAs on request.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana. Disputes are addressed through negotiation, then arbitration in Hyderabad before any litigation.
