The Client
A D2C skincare brand in Bangalore with an 8-person team and no dedicated content person. They were posting twice a month inconsistently, had zero blog presence, and were drawing only 800 organic visits a month.
The Challenge
The founder was writing content at 11 PM after business hours. Two posts a month meant the algorithm deprioritised the brand, and with no blog there was no SEO — leaving the business entirely dependent on paid traffic that got more expensive every quarter.
Our Approach
We ran keyword research across 120 target terms and built a 90-day content calendar. Then we deployed an AI content engine producing blogs, social posts, and emails, with an editor reviewing each piece in about 30 minutes before it was scheduled and published automatically.
What We Built
The Results
"Our content engine now runs itself. I went from writing copy at midnight to spending 4 hours a month reviewing what AI produced. The organic traffic growth alone has paid back 8 months of retainer."
Key Learnings
Consistency beat brilliance. The brand didn’t need viral content — it needed to show up reliably across channels. Once the engine guaranteed volume and consistency, organic traffic compounded on its own.
